Contractor Bids

NOTICE TO LOCAL RESIDENTS

• Is seeking bids from contractors who are licensed, bonded, and experienced with Residential Home Building and reside in the local area
• The job sites are located in our service area which includes New River, Anthem, Cave Creek, Carefree, and Desert Hills.
• For current construction projects, bid close out information and instructions contact 623-551-6000 x304
• Bidding will be competitive and will also include contractors not from the local area
  
  
• Local residents with labor experience in Residential Home Building are asked to contact HFHDF if they are interested in working on this project
• They will be given contact information of the contractor hired to do the work.
• If the contractor requires additional employees/laborers for the job, an opportunity to make application for the job will be given
